Hi, my username on minecraft is Pengu3333333333. I have been asking on the chats on how to fix it and they suggested i come here with proof. I donated around 4 days ago, and still haven't received me rank. I did however get a spawner and enchantment table. When i got onto the donating page and try to purhces it again it says 'You are not allowed to purchase this item' i am however allowed to purchases the 50 to 100 donor pack. i am wondering if someone can help me. I have been seeking help for the last 3 days sorry for being annoying.
Yea I did and no it doesn't. Also I can not use commands. I will not be online today. But tonight yes if you need proof of the enchantment table, and spawner I can show you. Thank you for replying.
This has been happening to lots of players lately. I hear them saying I only got the items, but not the rank and I cannot use any commands. If you have proof that you bought the rank, like a transaction ID or an email that said you paid for the item, you can put it with your other information, but in a private message so only staff members can see it. That is the only thing I can think of right now, sorry.
