So I've been banned for a while on net, but I don't get how Chargebacks work. Does the person who is charging back need to pay? Or does the person that was charged back need to pay? In this case, I was charged back by someone and I got perm banned.

 

You need to pay or get the person to close the chargeback. You should make an appeal to help yourself out

 

You have to talk to Cypriot (Most likely through the appeal section) and set up a way you can pay the money the other person charged back.

Ahha, I've PM'ed Cyp, told a mod to PM Cyp, made an appeal that has been up for almost 4 MONTHS. Best of all, I get banned for something I didn't ask for. I didn't ask for donor10, someone just bought it for me.

 

I don't understand why I have to pay, when I didn't ask for the rank.

 

This is ridiculous, if you didn't have anything to do with the rank you should not be punished for it.
