I don't really understand, so can someone enlighten me? I have seen that when a mod gets demoted or resigned, they get banned forever? Why and what do they have to do to get unbanned?

Also why are you twisting words? I didn't once state that they get banned "for no reason" why make that up? If you could please re-read, I asked why some mods are banned after resigning or being demoted.

No, never happens, permissions get removed with no issues whatsoever. Probably a good reason for the bans.
