4. Was this an incorrect ban? In a way yes, but partly no but very unfair.
5. Were you ever banned before on Teamspeak? If so, what for? 3 day temp, poking rude message.
6. Why do you think you should be unbanned? because Nocturnish was unfair with me. i staff reported him and i was successful (him being warned). when i checked TS i was still permed. i asked krissy and she told me to appeal. this was 95% an unfair and incorrect ban.

I don't even know the situation and I can clearly tell it's incorrect. He most likely didn't even read the punishment guide. Sigh. I'll unban you. Staff disrespect isn't anywhere near perm.
