I wish I could learn to use photoshop one day. Every time I try to learn photoshop I just say "This thing is too hard for me." so I never actually learned how to use photoshop. :/
I took a photography class in school, and it definitely helped a bunch. I find that photoshop tutorials are really helpful too. That's pretty much how I learned everything I know

I think it depends on the type of school you go to, but my photography class taught me how to use Photoshop.
