Have you charged back on any other server that used Buycraft? If you have, you get banned from buying anything from Buycraft

 

What Dough said technically. This happend to me once, but after a couple weeks it went away somehow....
If you are paying with Paypal and made it to the Paypal page, I suggest contacting Cyp or something, you can try to make a new account, but I am not sure, good luck.
