Maybe this is a server issue, but I could not find my problem on the forums. I hope this is the right place to post this problem. I have found that I lose items under a certain condition. If my player inventory is full and I try to get more items, then the items disappear completely instead of dropping in front of me. This only happened on 2 occasions: At the voting crate - I used a lot of keys. I did not know my player inventory was full. I still got notified by the server that I had received items, but they did not appear on the ground in front of me or anywhere else. They were no where to be seen. At my own island - Just earlier I was making a 4 double chests of cakes for a customer. While making the cakes, I didn't realize my inventory was full. I tried to fill empty buckets with milk, and then the extra ones disappeared. I lost 7 buckets of milk over all. Clear lag did not take my items. They were just gone. I hope that someone can explain why the items are gone instead of dropping in front of me like it would happen on vanilla minecraft, singleplayer. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this problem. Please let me know if it is something I can fix on my end of things. If not, I wish the server owners and developers know of/ learn of this issue and work towards correcting it. Thank you.
The only thing that I can suggest is opening a chest or an ender chest after you've cleared your inventory. I know that this works if you have tried to place something in a forbidden area, or drop something from your island that is not allowed to be dropped. It will register that the item should be in your inventory, and place it back. This may not work, and is only a suggestion to try and cure your issue.
