I haven't play this game in some time but I decided to start again. I logged in and everything was gone, my island and my donator rank. I remember I was immortal.. I did change my name awhile back but it was just uppercase and lowercase letters that were changed in the name itself. Could I please get my stuff back? My name is BLaZExVEgeance

As Blyx said please use the correct format as well as you need to show evidence (screenshot) of your transaction ID and evidence of you purchasing the rank. Don't have any? Well if you have paid via PayPal you can go in your account, go to history > purchase history and there you will find when you purchased it as well as everything you want.
About your island:
Since you haven't played in more than 6 Months game auto resets your island for being inactive. There is nothing you can do about it since there is no copy of your island.

You know once in a while, cyp feels to take all your items and islands. It has happened to me as well

 

When was the last time you saw your island?

 

If you did not receive your rank, do the following:

1. After the thirty days is up, change your name back to the original name that held the rank.
2. Log on to Skyblock and see if you got your rank back.After another 30 days is up, you can change your name back to what you wanted, and you will still have the rank.
3. If you don't get your rank back, I suggest contacting Sean personally on the forums through PM.
