You should add more detail and and more information. I see some errors with punctuation, capitalization, etc. I suggest looking through that. You can add some color, boldness, italicization, etc. to give your application some color so it does not look dull. I don't see you helping people in game or on the forums (since you are new to the forums). You should be a little more active both in game and in forums. I suggest making your application title Bluerider0301's Moderator Application so people know who's application it is on the title so they can view it and see who's it is. Also, after the word application in your title, why does it say paper? Once you have fixed some of the issues and have met the requirements I will reconsider my opinion.
