Like others said, Cyp doesn't know if they are mod material that much so he would make them trial moderator to give them a test. If they do good and work really hard they will get promoted, if they do a poorly job and don't say what they are they would get demoted. I believe Cyp is doing the right thing since you can't get someone moderator right away since you don't know if they are going to turn on your by lying and fooling around. If you are a trial moderator Cyp will look at you and observe you to see if you are moderator material. There is trial moderator for a reason and it should stay. No support.

I meant for the trial moderators. He puts you up to a test to see if you are mod worthy, that's why there is t-mod. He knows you are trial moderator materiel, but he doesn't' know if you are full mod material, that's why there are t-mods, it's just like a test where if you do the right things and follow the rules, you will be promoted.

If you becoming trial moderator, you are trial moderator material. Cyp wants to see if you work hard enough to get promoted, that's why there is this rank to see if you are right for the job.
