spigot and bungee cord are probably not compatible yet.
along with all of the plugins installed.

 

Spigot and Bungee updates were released overnight after Minecraft updated to 1.10. Please do your research before spreading ignorance.

Cyp will get the server blacklisted as it is pay2win, but only if it updates. That's what I was told anyway.

I'm sorry, I was going off of my previous knowledge on how they take their time updating.
and not all plugins are updated also. but I suppose I'm ignorant on that also.
