An account named Cancerous_Chibi was banned as it purposely singled out a member of the community and was rude and hurtful. A nickname is supposed to be a shortened version of your name and needs to be respectable, clean and g-rated. it cannot be used as a tool to be disrespectful. I have no doubt that Cyp would not have cared too much. However it isn't right to have a nickname like that imo. This is lems ban and he handled it different than i would have so I cannot really say too much about it.
It means "in my opinion." I tempbanned you as a warning because you weren't online, but I would like to let you know that these types of nicks shouldn't be abused. I'll unban you as well
