Wait? Why are the emeralds more likely to get than diamonds?? Doesn't 1 emerald = 2 diamonds? So basically 4 diamonds is more common than 2 diamonds... That doesn't make sense.

I don't really get how this works out, if you have a 100% chance of getting 3 grass blocks, then you're getting it every time? And then this also means you have a chance of getting multiple items; slightly confused?

 

Drogo agrees. If you can get only 1 item and there is a 100% chance of winning 3 grass, then there is a 0% chance of winning anything else. The total sum of the percentages should be 100.
That list also suggests that 3 stacks of stone is approximately twice as valuable as 3 grass blocks but 3 grass blocks at Drogo's trade shop gets you 13.5 stacks of stone.
