    Please fill out the correct template located here.
    Also hide your transaction number so others cannot steal it. Here is an example on how to hide things [Hide.] Hello 123 [/Hide.] Do not put the .'s though, that is just so I show you how to do it.
    Once you have done these 2 things I would be happy to help.

    Did you type your username in correctly? [Capitals where there are capitals etc]
    If not this could be why.

    I'd suggest PayPal's payment log to make sure the transaction actually went through. Also, make sure that you had enough money.

    Hello rS PandaZz,
    As the other said make sure you have typed your username correctly not with any capitals just as it is. Also you need to make sure you have enough money in your PayPal account. If you have done all the things stated above there is no reason the purchase not to work. Also when you emailed CypriotMerks you need to put a specific title, otherwise your email will be ignored. You may ask what is that specific title to put. If I am correct ( I don't think I am ) your title must be "Lost Rank - Skyblock.net (Rank you didn't receive). If I am wrong I may need some help from Krissy

    I just got an update from him. He has put a screenshot in his thread with a picture of the receipt/transaction ID. They do have proof they bought the rank so that is all good. Their only option is the support team ([email protected]) or CypriotMerks Their name has no capitals and they typed it in correctly from the image I have seen. This has been resolved, all he needs to do is to get Cyp's attention and to get his rank with the providing proof he has.
