• I never saw you help someone in chat, so maybe be more open to chat experiences to help someone.
• You seem a bit immature with your application and sometimes in game.
• Help out more on the forums and in game.
• Be more active on the forums.
• Add more detail to your application.

You also said no one can see the message chat, but only you and the player. Actually I believe super moderators can look into your message, but I don't think mods can. I think you should start helping out more in chat so it shows you actually help out and if other players have a question that you just answered in message, they would have to say it in chat where if lets say someone said how do I go to my island and you message the answer and they say okay, 1 minute later another player has the same question and message them like before, I suggest saying the answers in chat so people can easily see them and maybe help with more challenging things like scams, griefs, abuse, etc. Once you have taken my feedback I will reconsider.

If both of you came just to hate me then you can leave, because I don't need people to just say "no support you're rude" on my app. I know you hate me in game, but just because you do, that's NO reason to not support my app. And Cryptics, since you hate me as well......
