Hi,
A couple of years ago I donated $10, then quickly upgraded to the $25 package on .ORG using the username "ChaosControlz" (the same as this account).
I was a very active player, however I had a year off completely due to school exams.
I have recently started playing again, using the same account, however I have changed my minecraft username to DarDiggaDan (the name I go by currently).
Since I have started playing again, I have not had my Donor title or privellages anymore and I would appreciate anything you could do to help me get them back.
Unfortunately I was unable to find my transaction ID or receipt as I purchased this package in 2013, and I no longer have any emails or screenshots of my donation.
I understand that this is important as it proves my donation was legitimate, and I apologise for being unable to provide it.
If there is anything you can do, or anything I can do to solve this problem, I would really appreciate it if you got back to me.

I heard if you change your name back, you get donor back. Then, if you change it to your desired name, you'll keep it.

 

If I change my username back to ChaosControlz and this works, do you know how I could transfer the donation package to my new name when I change it back?
And would changing my username reset my island?

I will need to keep it open as it did not work, I am now using my old username and I still have no donation package, and I am unable to change my username back for 30 days.
Is there anything else I can do?

 

You said this was .ORG I think he meant .NET.

 

The servers are joint now, and I originally bought the $25 package on .org when the servers were split

 

Even if they are Joint now, you get to choose on which game you want your upgrade. Hence to get donor 25 on both, you still have to pay 50$.

 

The issue is partially resolved now.
If a mod could close/lock this, I would appreciate it,
