You never even mentioned you had a coupon. If you're going to request help on a thread, you should give all the information you have possible, but still. The coupon is invalid. Send Cyp a message telling him it's invalid, then he'll fix it, but if the coupon is for the voting thing, then you should know if the coupon was used already, then you can't use it again.
