i cant coop kick people

    im trying to /coop kick people but it says ''an internal error occurred while trying to perform this command''
    pls help

    Hello mynameisjeff,
    This error may be temporarily. You may try to relog and try it again.
    Note: There is difference between
    /trust [player name ] and /coop [player name]
    If you have trusted someone and you do not want him to moderate on your island anymore you need to type /untrust [player name]

    Moved to help.
    If the player is not online, you can't kick them. They have to be online for you to kick them.

    You'll have to wait 'till the player is online to coop kick them.
