I recently changed my name from shoklad to Talos and since the lockette says it's still claimed by shoklad and not my new username Talos I am unable to access my chest.

If there is a possibility for me to become the owner of my island that would be great too. The reason I would like that is because an old friend of mine and I started the island and then I stopped playing with him and lost contact with him.

If you see a full moderator or higher online, you can ask them to break the locks for you.

 

As Hiveria said, you can ask a full mod, or a super mod to remove the lockettes for you. These mods have red, or pink tags. Either this, or you can contact a mod on the forums, all names are colour coordinated to their rank, but make sure they have the title 'NET', as that is the server you need.

 

There is no way you can become the owner without solid proof

 

What do you mean by solid proof?

 

You can't be the owner of the coop unless the owner leaves the island. It has nothing to do with whether you have solid proof or not, fyi

 

Locking as your question has been answered. Blyx and Weiss thoroughly instructed you on how to get the lockettes removed. It's not possible to become the coop leader unless the current leader has left, like Chicky said.
