All I do know is, on net, Nocturnish lost their rank because they bought donor250 or donor400 idk I can't remember, then I was worried so I messaged them something like, "What happened?" then in chat they said "CF63." Then I suddenly got donor 10. Then a couple months, weeks, I don't even know the date, I got charged back on that account. On my Ghostifyy account, the time I was banned on my other account, I asked Roblox if that'd count as ban evading. He said yes, so I had to be banned. Now, I am NOT saying it was Nocturnish, though, who knows it could be him, but I do not know that for sure.
