I know it has been already suggested, but let's be realistic, they're lost. But that's not my point. My point is we should have the Neutral rating on Applications and Suggestions. The majority of the replies are "Neutral" so why bot add it in? Also the colour could be a shade of grey.

I support this idea, although I'm not sure why people reply to threads with simply "neutral." If you're listing pros and cons for others, understandable, but simply replying with neutral doesn't have an impact.

Again, no support. I you have no opinion, no one cares. In my eyes, saying "neutral" is post farming, rating "neutral" would be.... just as pointless. You need to learn to say yes or no. Could be helpful once you have the right to vote...

 

I like the idea but if they add it on, it may lower the chances of users saying why they are neutral.
