FeedBack -You need to add a lot of more detail, and information to your application. -Maybe add 1-2 colors to your application to give it some color. -Maybe add some bold or italics. -Please name your application Trodoil321123's Staff Application with a prefix of USA in front of it so it gives it some more attention. -I noticed you haven't answered your questions in complete sentences and have missed a question, please answer the question and write in complete sentences. -Please fix grammar, capitalization, punctuation, spell check, etc. Yourself -You seem like a really nice person, but I don't see you helping in game. -You have just joined the forums today so please get use to it before applying. -Help more in game and forums and you will be fine. -This is not a requirement, but it would be useful if you knew another language besides English since lots of people on the server need help and if you are the only staff member on you cannot help them since you don't speak their language, it will be more useful if you knew maybe 1-2 new languages. -You have some experience as a staff member, but not a lot. -You are very active on the server, that is 12 hours of the day. Tips -If you would like to help someone in game, please message lots of the time so you don't always spam chat with mini modding. If you are wondering what a mini moderator is, it is someone who tries to help out exactly like a moderator and maybe pushes it too hard. -If there is a staff member online please don't mini mod since they have a job to be done. If the staff member is afk or if there is no staff member on, it can be okay to mini mod. -You are going to get a lot of hate if you mini mod or help out to much, just ignore the haters and do what you believe in. I am saying this since lots of people can start acting immature and get angry at them so it will look bad for you. -The last thing is being mature, the most important thing of becoming staff is to always be mature. Age doesn't matter to apply since a kid that's 8 years-old has the same chance as a 30 year-old. If you are immature enough to become moderator you won't get the spot. I have to say no support for now, I will reconsider after you make changes to your application and I see it in you.
Along with what Emerald said, You did not use the correct timezone in your application. You just joined Forums today and do not meet any of the requirements. Your application will not be accepted. But, if you wait about two weeks and meet the requirements, you might have a chance. So, if you re-do your application in the future, I suggest adding these to it: >An Introduction >Good Qualities, and how they will help you as a Moderator >Some Bold, Italic >Don't make everything Cramped, put Spaces between the Questions/Sections >2 Colors, not too much Color, just 1 for the Questions, 1 for the Answers Other than that, maybe look at some accepted applications to get an idea of what your application should look like. Make sure you help, and maybe greet people in their Introductions by saying, welcome/greetings. Be more involve on Forums. Make sure you reply to the feedback you get on your application and use the constructive criticism they give you.
