you should have staff online and look out in chat for the helpful players to reward them in some way

No support. Someone can be helpful for a short time just to get rewards.

 

I don't think it is needed. A lot of players ask questions and I a lot of players help. Players might help out only because to get the reward.

No support, sorry. As said above, players will be helping only so they can get a reward. And besides, if mods were online wouldn't they be the ones to help the player?

 

lol, no. there are TONS of helpful players, so that would take time and effort.

No support. If there is a reward for something you do helpful, basically everyone is going to get rewards, because this server has a lot of people that are helpful.
