The people that are mods now are good at there job I want to help them out and we don't have many mods on at a time we need more
People a lot of the time are spamming

Then there's hackers I can tell if they are hacking and then I will ban them

As Isuika said, supports do not really do anything neither does voting. It all falls upon Noobcrew to decide.
As far as your application goes, you should add more detail onto why you think you should be one.
Listing things that you can or will try to do as mod doesn't really give much information about why you think you should be mod. Read some of the other people's apps, don't copy them, but notice how much effort and information they put into it.
For your qualifications, those would be helpful and geared towards an developer or graphic designer (With a bit more experience if you don't have alot.) aside from school spelling bee.
And lastly, your past experience, are you still currently a mod on that server or not? If not, then could you explain what happened? Like if the server shut down or any other reason.
