Although you posted that message on his profile, we are unable to confirm that someone else sent it to you. If you are unable to provide us without enough evidence, then this appeal would be considered invalid.
So just an executive summary of what has happened so far: First up, you've changed your story multiple times: 1) First up you show some knowledge that your post is a Facebook page 2) Then you claim you were typing random gibberish: 3) Then you say that Snowboardking sent it to you, initially implying that you still didn't know that it was a Facebook post because you were sent the text: 4) Then you say it was a link, meaning that it wasn't just a blob of text with no context, which proves you had to have known it was a Facebook post: Then you start threatening staff members: 1) You know the rules regarding appeals, that they can only be taken over after 3 days of inactivity by the staff member, however you threaten and disrespect Jennie by asking other staff to take over the appeal: 2) You accuse other staff members of trying to DoX you: 3) Then you wave Cyp's name around: 4) Then you threaten to report Jennie if you're not unbanned Not to mention that your overall attitude in this appeal is very poor, and you refuse to acknowledge that you've done anything wrong. In case you're not familiar with the rules of the forum, Here's a fact: You broke a forums rule. This is not the crux of the debate here. The fact that you broke the rule has already unequivocally been proven by your own admission. Remember, ignorance of a rule is not a defence for breaking it. The issues here which determines your punishment is: 1) Did you knowingly (also known in the court of law as "with malicious intent") break it 2) Your attitude for the remainder of the appeal Regarding issue #1: You are being given a chance to exonerate yourself by posting proof that you were given the "personal information" in question and did not actively go looking for it. This will be the difference between a DoX, which is a Perm Ban, and breaking Rule #6, which is a 1 month ban Regarding issue #2: I strongly recommend that you start adopting a more contrite attitude for the rest of your appeal, otherwise you'll have to start over. Now to the most pertinent issue: I believe this expires in 15hrs. We don't need to see the entire conversation or all the nitty gritty details of any other personal discussion you may have had. What we need to see is a full, uncropped screenshot of the Skype window, clearly showing the identity of the sender and reciever of the personal information, as well as some of the conversation preceeding and after the link/info was sent.

Well, let's start off this by saying regardless if it's his Facebook or not which you claim it to be, by posting a famous quote of Snowboardking454's it's now doxing? It was meant to go to Jxnaa but I forgot to click off whomevers profile I was on, mhm, who else posts whatever is in their copy and paste randomly?? I post random stuff to Janaa on Skype all the time, as well as texting, yep, and I copy and pasted it as a message meaning to go to Janaa it was complete gibberish as it was in my copy and paste and didn't mean anything. Or if the mod is not treating you fairly; by these staff members asking for Skype logs I felt as if it was an invasion of my privacy. Anything wrong or illegal about that? Asking for a higher opinion is often praised. Because this is not a rule and I don't see anything about posting a famous quote of Snow's on the forums how is that breaking rules???
