Use the same system for lucky votes as crate keys, so when you get a lucky vote and have a full inventory, instead of just getting rid of the item, it drops it on the ground. And if you were to receive say, a jukebox, spawner, or diamond pick from a lucky vote, you wouldn't really want it not to give you the item(s), just because your inventory was full.

(also in this screenshot, when it said I received a dia pick from voting, it said I got 6 iron ingots, which I don't know which is true, as my inventory was full and it didn't give the lucky rewards to me, but I know some people would get mad if they got 6 iron instead of a diamond pick, when it said they got the latter.)
