Hey. I'm Roadhog360. I just started back on the server.
The last time I played on it was over a year ago. About two or three years. Before UUIDS were a thing.
I had a paid rank under the name of Roadhog380 back then. And now it's gone.
I think it has to do with the UUID update and how I never joined as Roadhog380, so my UUID was never recorded until I joined today as Roadhog360, and so the server doesn't have my old name. Please fix this! I really want that rank I paid for a long time ago.
Here's proof I was Roadhog380 originally.

I feel like I am being scammed and I want my rank back right now. Is this really how donators are treated?

CypriotMerks and Noobcrew are the only two who can fix it, I am sorry. You need to try to contact support again or send Cyp another message in-game or on forums.

They need to stop ignoring there users, not a single thread here has been resolved. More people need to be able to solve it.

 

There have been threads that were resolved. The owners are busy, though. They have more than one server. I completely understand your distaste in our service, I would be angry, too. Maybe you could try and send Cyp a convo titled with "Rank" or something like that. It might be more sufficient to message him while in-game, though.

 

I have, like four times. I know it's not your fault. But can you please help me and these others get some direct contact?
He ignored me while I was in the game trying to PM. No reply at all.
The only thing I have a distaste of is owner responsiveness. The staff are cool and chill here.

 

Some moderators have contact with Cyp, however I do not. I know Krissy had fairly good contact with him, you could send her a pm or wait for her response here
