IMO you're SOL if you have donor issues. I've been struggling with my paid rank to get it back for months. No avail. Contacted Cyp in-game. Completely ignored. PM. Completely Ignored. Forum post on two forums. One ignored, other no relevant answers. Also, I emailed Skyblock support over three times and have not gotten a reply weeks later.
This server has beyond terrible donor support, so you're likely scr00d. On Hypixel (NO IP, NOT ADVERTISING), I had a donor issue, and it was fixed the same day with one very sloppily written forum post. That's a server that's usually 2100-4400 players larger here. Seriously? It's been a few months for me and no avail. With all my efforts, you'd think they'd listen. PS no offense to staff intended. Just... I think you guys need more power to solve these issues. And Cypriot needs to respond to critical issues like this. IMO this lack of attention to people putting down real money is pitiful.
