2. Don't spam
3. Add colour, and space your paragraphs out more
4. Don't mini mod as much

I find that you can mini mod a lot, but not in a good way. You need to be layed back a bit. To be a good mod, you need to have a serious side and a layed back side, a bit like a teacher who is good st teaching, and funny but is strict when need be. I feel like you act like the headmaster . There's a line between strict and non strict, and I find that you are over to the strict part.

I also find that you can over-react quite a bit, for example: once someone was Nick-abusing and you were screaming in red "STOP NICK ABUSING" and then you were quick to accuse people, without any evidence.

I know this ain't a rule, but please don't constantly use &4 it gets quite annoying and spammy. You said "I use red when I am telling people to stop things" but this isn't true, you always use red for adverts, saying hi ect. I'm not saying that you are not allowed, but I would stick to using red when it's something important.

Yes, he says it hurts his eyes. Fatherofthesword is a player on skyblock, and it also hurts other people's eyes so I rarely use it now.

 

You were begging for an upgrade from DONOR250 to DONOR400. I believe you lack the maturity being a moderator requires.

 

I wasn't begging I was nicely asking, you can see the forums post if you want to see what I said. If I was begging I would've said Please o please give me diamonds I am so poor and I need them please, if I was asking I would be saying what I said, Donate Diamonds To Me | /m TheEpicEmerald | Goalgoal) | Donor400 I didn't kept saying please or you have to donate, I just said it in simple turn Donate.

 

I don't even use colors anymore xD. I only use them to advertise things like donations, comps, etc.

 

Don't accuse players without 100% evidence, as if you scroll down the player even says that he mistook himself, and that now he suspects Johnny. Not cool.

 

I had proof that it wasn't me since he also said it wasn't me and also, the mods checked the logblock and I already knew that he did it since he was getting banned by then.

 

Hey, don't mean to sound rude but if you don't know the rules (advertisement ban) then I'm not 100% you are fit to become a mod.

I'll have to say Neutral for this one. You application is pretty good but I believe you could add some more detail here and there. For each quality say how that quality will help you as a moderator.

Also, I don't see you helping that much in-game. Be a little more involve on Forums and help out more. Good luck.
