Your application is well written with enough details to apply for mod (my standards).

You seem mature and you do not fight the feedback that is given to you which is very important for a moderator.

I believe that you would qualify for my standards to be a mod but just. I want to see you more active on forums and in game. Currently, you have not been on the forums in more than a week!

For now, until I see that you are more active, Partial Support

    Good luck

I'm also very sorry I'm not online much, my parents have been known to take my ttime to look at a screen very easily and sometimes won't even let me on minechat! I will try to get on as much as I can and help as much as I can to be on longer and more often.[IMG]

    WHOA, wait holdonIamnotready-

-wow, you jumped right into this one, sir. I was not expecting an "origin story" quite so soon, it feels like you've rushed this a bit.

There are template questions you can use to explain why you want to be a Moderator. Can you move some of this information down to the correct section...? An application preamble is perfectly fine but normally they are used to give your readers a "feel" for who you are. This looks like you jumped straight into "Batman"-levels of crimefighting.

I bet you are getting immense amounts of enjoyment out of the "poke" feature, sir.

Nice to meet you, Mr. Saber. Your name makes me want to play "Elder Scrolls" again...

    Birthplace of Keanu Reeves! Whoa.

For the rest of the world: Eastern Standard Time (EST) is also known as UTC-4. Please include the timezone offset so someone not from NorthNorthAmerica can understand, sir.

    +1 for being multi-lingual.

Very nice. SkyBlock tends to ban more people than a Twister contest at a spine injury clinic. +1 for avoiding the Rand-O-Ban-O.

You are only at home one hour per day? Scheduling cable installation must have been a nightmare for you, sir.

I feel like a few questions have been missed here. Please check the template (link) for the questions you are missing, sir.

As for Moderator experience: Have you done anything in real life? Captain of a debate team, or organized a social event? Can you list anything at all from your life where you managed a group of people...? This would only help you, sir.

I need this like a lawyer needs an ambulance.

This is my absolute favo(u)rite part of any application. Extremely eager to see where you're going with this, sir. Proceed!

Losing focus here, sir. You flipped from helping people straight into determination/experience and problems you've been through. Try to separate topics out and give examples of each idea to help people understand you a bit more.

    Example:
"I have been through a lot of problems on SkyBlock and this has left me determined to help others. I want to stop players from experiencing some of the things I have like grieving, scamming and cheating. I can do this by _______".

I hope you get the idea, sir. Don't worry about it either way, these reviews are pretty garbage.

+1 for "empathy". Include why Mods need empathy and you would have a very good qualification paragraph, sir.

    HaHaNo.jpg
Let's not get ahead of ourselves.

First off: Spell check. No problems with your grammar, though: You have a pretty solid grasp of sentence structure and communicating.

Secondly: Work on sticking with an idea or at least explaining how things are linked together. You say "I know my comics very well and can read very fast (1 day to read 7 books)". Unless we already understand what you're talking about that reads like gibberish. Did you mean to say something like "I enjoy comics and read them extremely fast-- up to 7 issues in a single day"? Subtle difference.

This is rather interesting. Empathy is a good thing to have, but remember: You are writing a job application. You need to explain why "empathy" and caring about others would make you a good Moderator. It may seem obvious to you, but explain it anyways and then give supporting statements.

    Moar.jpg
    ARGH.

Your application is frustrating me for all the right reasons.

This feels like I am reading half of extremely good qualifications but you don't know how to complete the paragraph. You list very good qualities like "empathy" and "cooperation" but then forget to explain why they matter to the job you want.

When you have a moment please read this post (link) and go over your qualities: You are so close to being perfect here I want to strangle you.

+1 for avoiding disparaging terms like "greenie", "newbie", etc. I find it interesting how often people casually slur newer players without realizing how bigoted they sound.

What is your goal with this qualification? Are you pointing out how well you follow leadership? Or do you want to explain how much you help the less fortunate?

PERSEVERANCE is the word you're looking for, sir.

This is an entire ocean of utter crap. Provide a name or admit you are fabricating this statement-- I do not believe it for a heartbeat. Rephrase to "I was unsure if I could become a Mod because I had a hard time signing up for the forums". We respect honesty and overcoming personal obstacles.

Do not disqualify yourself in your own qualification. The phrase "I am qualified: I think I'm qualified" made me want to mail you a Do It Yourself Euthanasia kit.

If you are qualified then say so: Don't give us a reason to doubt you, sir. Write with confidence and state the reasons you believe you are qualified. Do not prejudice your readers.

Rephrase. No-one waits forever, try something like "If it takes them a while to reply I do not mind following up". This is more realistic than "I will wait until we die of old age #DEDICATION".

    AngryFace x2.jpg
Don't do this a third time...

Do not disqualify yourself in your own job application. The phrase "Can learn with ease: if I can't learn it right away" made me facepalm so hard I need cheekbone reconstruction.

If you are a fast learner then stick with that theme. Don't talk about how something you need to go back and study in order to pick up a skill. Additionally please try to highlight why this is important to the job you're applying for: Why do Moderators need to learn quickly? Explain it a bit.

Cool story. Remove this and replace with why "friendliness" is important to a Moderator-- bonus points for explaining how being kind to players would help the server.

While I enjoy learning about how you met your friends this isn't really helping your job application, sir.

    AngryFace x3.jpg
    DONE.

This is obviously an inexperience issue. Stop listing a quality and then going into great detail about how you do not have it. You are going out of your way to point out stories of how often you lied in a qualification about HONESTY. Why are you doing this??

Please try explaining why honesty is important for Moderators; maybe something about how trust is the cornerstone of a good staff member?

Cannot be bribed in a bad way.
Cannot be bribed in a bad way.
Cannot be bribed in a bad way.

So... you can be bribed? Good to know, sir. I recommend removing anything about how you're open to bribery (good or bad) in am application for an authority position.

    Do You Even Apply, Bro

Please stop listing reasons to ignore your application, Mr. Saber. Remove your detailed explanation on why you are not a good candidate for promotion.

Your mom and dad say you're the most mature kid they have. Think about that for a moment, sir.

Rewrite this. Talk about times you demonstrate maturity, for example: "I've been in a coop for over a year with no complaints". List things you can prove.

    1. I'm not sure typing speed is a qualification, sir. Leave it in if you like but please spell-check.
    2. Serious: Stop disqualifying yourself. Remove mention of how humorous you are in a quality about "seriousness".
    3. Empathetic: Third time you've mentioned this trait. Saying it better is better than saying it thrice: Combine your qualifications.

THIS IS EXCELLENT. The rare and coveted +2 to you, sir. You're demonstrating character and good examples; please add something about why being responsible would help you as a Mod and this would be perfect.

Spell check is your friend. However, you get a +1 for correct use of "grieved". Nicely done.

While I am very sorry about your pet hamster please remove this from your job application. None of this paragraph is listing any traits or qualifications you can demonstrate as a Mod.

    Support Status: 100%.

Really sorry for being offline for SOOOOOO long! I'm a donor 100 now but I'm still going to apply for mod. I really want to be one not for the fame but to help. Now I've heard lots of people just fake about "wanting mod to help" but just want fame but I'm serious...I'm not like that. Please support and have a great day!
