Hi, I wrote to [email protected] but all emails are bouncing back. On 7th of June I have purchased donor25 rank using $25 coupon code that I have won in the Aprils top voter as a "BobRock" player. (Top 5 Voters [April] | Skyblock Forums) After completing the purchase on the shop.skyblock.net I have no rank (no access to /kit donor25). Please find the screenshot that i have taken few hours after the purchase. It displays recent purchases and also my $25 purchase. I have not received an email as it was purchased using the coupon code. Could you, please, advise.
I've heard that coupons expire after 30 days. I'm uncertain. You're better off sending a message and then trying to catch him online.
Well if they expired it wouldn't have let him buy it. Hes just not receiving the rank Good luck resolving this!
I think the player should have received a e-mail for "purchasing" the rank. I always receive 2 e-mails. 1 saying Thank you for your payment to sky block. And the other saying Thank you for your purchase (This one contains the transaction ID which is important to have to prove you were upgraded since photoshop does exist) Therefore I do believe the coupon was expired thus he would need to get in contact with cyp or noobcrew on the issue of his coupon purchase.

Contact cyp with a pm titled "donor issue" explain what happened so he can go back and check the donation log in the buycraft console.
IMO you're SOL if you have donor issues. I've been struggling with my paid rank to get it back for months. No avail. Contacted Cyp in-game. Completely ignored. PM. Completely Ignored. Forum post on two forums. One ignored, other no relevant answers.
Same here. It has been uphill battle at every step. It took a month to get the code. Not a single response from Cyp. Finally Kerhana was able to help with the code. But the way the whole thing is handled (ignored) by the people responsible (Cyp, Noobcrew) is just disgusting.
On cyps and crews behalf they are constantly busy across all servers that they own and they have lives. There is a lot for them to do and they do their best.
I get that, they have to deal with load of kids, spam, trickery and who knows what else, but having support email address down and not responding to the issues where the money is involved is just not ok.
Exactly. This is real money. I want some respect and acknlowladgement from them. We get that, but some people like me have been waiting months (4 and a half for me.) and some people have waited over a year. I get they have lives, but that's more than enough time to read our proof and type one command line in a game. There's no excuse for them flat out ignoring users for over a year, and is practically scamming in a sense that people are not getting or are losing what they paid for and the people in charge are just ignoring us.
