Very well written but extremely short on explanations. Lists a lot of qualifications but never really goes into detail about why they matter or how he personally exhibits the quality. But wow, that phrasing is amazing, I would +1 the application just for the excellent word choice.

I'm not sure what to make of this application. There's no explanations or elaboration on anything, it is almost like they were told to just fill in a form and walk off. The closest thing I could find that gave insight into a real person was two lines about being a "Leader".

It's the vanilla ice cream of applications. Either you know this person/support them already or you're just left out completely. Odd.

Some interesting word choices, but overall a good application. Needs to cut back on his ban details a bit-- that was not helping at all.

 

I mean your reviews would matter if you were a mod as then you can really say you know what theyre looking for lmao.

 

I seen my name mentioned in here so I immediately rushed to see the awesomeness that's waiting for me.

Back to the topic now...Yes I agree with Myrmidous, the reasons he stated above are valid and make sense. He reviews for fun you know? He would be obligated to review applications if he were to be a Moderator.

And I would kind of like to thank you Myrmidous, you're like a good luck charm I look forward to spending more time with you.

What I'm saying is that telling people to change their application (or reviewing as you call it) so they can become a mod when you yourself have never been a mod is just plain stupid lmao.

And no, I don't go around reviewing things that people didn't ask to be reviewed so no link tragically

 

Hello there, when you are not a moderator it does not mean you are not intelligent. Myrmidous has the potential to become a very good moderator, if we wanted he would become a moderator in no time. That's segregation you're talking about miss. Just because someone doesn't have the title [Mod] doesn't mean they aren't qualified. Take a look at any review. Every single review is done with passion and absolute perfection. His reviews are better than 99% of all reviews out there. Myrmidous take his time to review them.

I have a feeling you misunderstood what I said. What I said was that he has the qualities to be an amazing Moderator. He didn't apply for your information. I said that if he would apply things would've been different. Take a look at his reviews and you will see what it means to be qualified. I see that there are many hate comments on this thread. Myrmidous is doing this to entertain himself and show players what to work on. It clearly states that it's a "funny" review.

Good for your wife? I don't see why you'd apply your skills as a Contract Responsible Officer for a server which attracts mainly 10-17 year olds.

And no I'm not interested in that, I helped enough years ago when I took this server seriously like you are now.

 

Did you ever see Myrmidous takes this seriously? He's on this server because it's his hobby, he loves to do what he does. He's not taking it seriously.

Not a whole lot to read on this application. He seems very earnest and wants the position, it is just hard to get a sense of what his goals and qualities are. Looking forward to reading this application again when it has more details on it.

There isn't an application here. Mr. Lipokin is apparently a former Moderator that resigned: This job post is just a formality to getting his old position back. There's no discussion of qualifications, explanation of what he wants to accomplish as a staff member, etc. He simply says "I'm a long time player, I was a Mod and the current staff knows me".

That might be enough, honestly. He seems like a nice enough person. But as a job application: Can't support it. No idea who this person is...
