I have been being patient for a few months now. How much more do I need? I'm actually starting to get a little bit sick of waiting.

 

Support mail still has no reply. At this point, there's no hope. I might just try to get myself a new rank with what little money I have left.

 

Still no reply. I am starting to lose hope, and soon will use legal action to force my rank back.
