Dear all, I was on the .net server recently and I saw Nocturnish, only with their normal "skygod" title, and Mai, with their "donor" title.
As seen here, along with larrythebird101, they are both forum moderators.

Staff Team | Skyblock Forums

It shocked me when I realized that some of our respected staff team are not even recognized as staff in-game.
That's why I feel that the forum mods should get a custom title of "Forum Mod" to at least get some tribute as staff members in-game.

The rank doesn't apply in-game though? Why would we have a title on the server if we don't moderate it? I appreciate your concern however it simply isn't necessary lol.

 

It does seem unnecessary, as they want to moderate only on the forums.

 

I understand. I just felt that the forum mods deserved more recognition in game as staff members.

 

Forum moderators moderate the forums, so they get their title on the forums. They are not staff members in-game. Therefore I don't see how this is needed or necessary.

It's like being a moderator on skyblock and asking for the title [Skyblock mod] on Minverse. It simply doesn't work that way.

It's very thoughtful and seems like a nice idea, but some might mistake them for in game mods though. Neutral, but I like the consideration

 

Maybe, instead of a title, maybe some perks in game?

Because we're not in-game moderators. If we had a mod prefix in-game people would end up trying to message us for help when we have no perms to assist them.

It's unnecessary. I mean, it's nice that you thought of the forum mods, and wanted us to be recognized in-game, but we don't moderate in-game so it doesn't seem necessary at all.

 

But they're not mods ingame? You know how many people would get confused if forum moderators get titles ingame, while they don't even moderate ingame?

i understand what u mean but its not necessary. however it would raise awareness of the sitr cuz 30 thousand noobs spawn chat with -how to donate- how to color name--wheres skywars--how to vote-how to get grass- and so on.
