Support. However, I'd be inclined to go for something such as 30 posts instead of 50.

Support, however, new members will spam to get the certain amount of posts, maybe trophy points would be better?

Support. Too many applications to go through before finding a legit, well written one.

Good idea. One of the requirements to apply for staff? To have 50 posts. However, I don't think XenForo has post guard.

Not going to support, but I wish you the best of luck in your forum endeavors.

This is a good suggestion, and I think it would work, but there is one negative possible scenario with this, and that would be noobs actually spamming random threads to gain more posts, to get to post an application. I understand that they would just get warned and banned for doing this, but what I'm trying to say is that this idea actually could in worst case urge people to spam pointless posts and make the forums a place of spam and literally pointless posts everywhere.

Although this doesn't have to be the case always, and I really like your idea. I'll support this.

The worst thing is even though they were playing for longer they are just not suitable for mod and just show another face to the community.

Well, the min. posts count isn't there to select trustworthy/experienced members, it is there to filter the spam. It does not necessarily mean that if you meet the requirements you are suitable for the position.

Can you tell where I said something about the post counts?

What I meant is there are still people who are experienced and old members, who meet the requirements and are not suitable for the position. A certain post count is one of the requirements you need to meet in order to apply.

Check the new application Format :p

What I was trying to say is those people who like 80% of the community thinks that they would be a good but in reality they show another face in their application or in public chat.

I never said you are wrong, I just enforced your statement saying there are in fact people, who meet the requirements and should not be mod.
