Well to be honest, it doesn't look like English is not your first language. To start, you seem to know shortened words that people mostly on the internet use such as 'ppl' for people and 'pls' for please. You don't seem to have very many bad word placements, such as 'Ran I school to'. I see that a lot with people of which English is not their main language. Secondly, Latin is mostly a dead language so I would highly doubt that that would be your first language. Secondly, Bengali is an asian language spoken mostly in India. It may be true that you speak Bengali, but as you state that you live in the US, I think you must know English very strongly to live each day unless you just moved to the US or something? I understand you may be trying your hardest, but people (especially moderators) should always try to become better at what they are doing. And from what it looks like from you stating that you wouldn't ban the people that supported you, you would end up being a bias mod who believes he/she (not sure) cannot improve. And about Progamer's comment. I believe what he wants to say is that your grammar is not at the level that a mod's should be so you need to either 1. Improve it or 2. Use an online spell checker. This turned into a longer post than I intended.
But you do need to be better, you can't effectively communicate with people if you dont have a good grasp of the language 99% of the server speaks.

Also, try not to be over confident with yourself. How do you really know you would be a better mod than Holly? I also find it hard to believe that guessed that you lived in India, as there are many other countries that speak Bengali. You can admit it if you really do have bad spelling and grammar if it is true. An important thing to being a mod is being truthful.
I'm tryin to cope with this eggle but it's hard becos ur bad at English and only people who can speek good English are taken seriously. Honestly you need to buck your stupid ideas up because this mod app is awful like ur name. Please take the time to re write this on a note document and make it better.
