I'm going to have to say no support for now reasons:-

>> You spam the chat too much with help messages, you should use /msg often.
>>Never seen you help once on the forums.
>>You always talk back and argue with others.
>>Add colour to your app.
>>Maybe rewrite why should you be a mod, it's all over the place and confusing.

Unless I see some changes I will stay no support for now, sorry.

 

I support. Emerald tries to help people all of the time when I see him, and is constantly doing it.

 

I do agree he's starting to be more active on forms and this Mod App. will give him a better run for his money

Lets see some ex mods that were mod at the age of 10 or 11 and were excellent.

WaterMelon I've heard he was the youngest mod. I'm not sure.
What matters is the maturity not the age.

 

I like that you're trying to help players on the server but I do find it annoying sometimes. Even when there were four Mods online, you were still mini-modding. That's when I find it annoying. It sometimes seems as if you're contributing to the spam. I don't mind you mini-modding sometimes when there are no Mods online but otherwise it's unneeded as Moderators can do their job just fine. For example, by the time you've typed "Player1, please do not spam" we've already kicked them for spamming.

I've also been online when you've been involved in some drama. You seem to deal with it in an immature way. You don't ignore them, you just continue saying stuff back to them. I appreciate your enthusiasm for helping others on the server though. Keep improving and I will re-evaluate your application. No support. Good luck.

Him being 12 years old is completely irrelevant. There have been many young Moderators on the server, including myself. I applied at a young age too and I was still promoted. It's not about age, it's about maturity. Age rarely defines maturity.

 

No support. As stated, age is just a number and can go under many contexts. But, I have nothing against your age, but here is my honest opinion. You seem too desperate and determined to get this job. I'm not saying that's a bad thing, but in chat I have witnessed you being very demanding. Your lack in humorous jokes on the server (the sensible ones) is quite bland, and dull. I hardly see you having any fun. I'm not saying moderating would be a fun job to handle, but maybe lay off the high level of strictness and focus more on gaining trust from the users? In my opinion, many of the users will try avoiding you due to your 'high and mighty' attitude, therefore won't bother asking for your input on things.

I can consider changing this to a positive if I see the tables turn. Furthermore, I'd like to give you a good luck! Please take this as criticism, not me aiming cannon balls at you.

Support 80%, like other people said the why should you be mod part confused me. You are very active and you are probably more helpful then some of the actual mods. But you get in lots of drama with people calling you a mini-mod. Otherwise very good app.

 

I don't want to be rude here, this is just a suggestion. If you are telling people you can speak good English, you should write "speak" correctly. Also, please explain what:

-"lots of German"
-"mostly Spanish"

is. Russian and Greek + French? Are you going to learn that, can you say 2 words, or can you actually have an understandable conversation with a player that was, for example, griefed and killed? Or will you have to use google translate? Please answer these questions. It is also obvious a lot of auto correct was used in this, which is not available in Minecraft. Biggest example: "grieving" So you can basically cut that section.
