I thought joining skyblock would be for the better, to get me away from playing games which gave me too much bad ideas. Instead, it's kind of ruined my life. The biggest problem is I get hated so much, and it's been a huge waste of £100, soon £200. I'm going to leave just until I can change my name on the 14th on June, but I'll still be on. Instead I'm going to disable chat and pretend it's all singleplayer mode. I'm only a kid- yet I'm the target of hate on this server it seems. Why cant the server just forget about me? I thought changing my name would be fun. What happens? It gets me more hated. If you guys would just forgive me, I'd be a lot nicer and would stop being stupid. Kind regards ~Archie
Firstly stand back and see what the server values. Look at the mods and how we act. Do we go around changing our names and acting like someone else? Do we publicly be rude to people? Do we make threads like this? Do we react emotionally to every thing? You fight back, you don't always act mature. You don't handle criticism well, you can be rude to a lot of people including myself which if you recall, earned you a mute. You dished out a lot then couldn't take the hate. If you don't act respectable then you cannot expect respect back. People on the internet will always be cruel so that is when you need to find a way to move past it rather than do...this. It takes more than a new name to make things right. I had to get out of my dark place being a well known name on the server... its difficult. In short show maturity and walk away from the haters and be the bigger man. Don't think a change of name helps change how people view you. Find a role model and behave in the manner they are, as long as it is following the rules. Don't be rude to people that hate you, that is bringing you down to their level and gets you more hate. Take this as it is and don't fight it because this is what you need to hear for all future online interactions.
