So, as I recently started playing Skyblock again, I had reset my old island to make a new island. But, during the reset process, a portion of my older island was left behind, and is only ~30 blocks away from my newer one. This is a problem because if I want to extend the area of my island, I am limited to the other 3 directions, in which there are islands about ~100 blocks away on either side. I am requesting to get this older island removed, as it was once my own island, and serves no more purpose for being there. Imgur: The most awesome images on the Internet
What has happened is that the island previously there before being reset, was built before the /trust plugin was enabled, therefore you could build outside of your own island's boundary. This portion of the island remains as it's in the area between the 2 islands, and into the island next to your's boundary. This was why only a section of it was removed when you replaced the island. A supermod will be able to help with this.
An island reset would've cleared everything in the area that you're allotted to build, which is 49 in the X and Z from the bedrock in 4 directions. Anything outside that range falls outside the buildable zone anyway, so removing it is a little moot, unless you have stuff in those chests that you need retrieving. Otherwise if you just like the view you can move island locations completely by joining someone's coop temporarily and leaving after a while, that'll change your island coordinates completely.
There was a chest in there, but I don't remember what was inside. Also an enderchest, but I don't really care about that. Will the coop island location switch delete my current island, or just move it?
If you directly type /newisland replace it'll give you a new island at the same location. If you join someone else's coop then make a new island by yourself after 15 minutes, you'll get an island at a different location.
Yeah, I guess. There is still a chest on the old island though, but you don't need to feel that you have to go out of your way to get the contents of it.
