A few days ago, I bought a $10 Donor pack and other than my new rank, I got none of the other benefits that came with the package. Can somebody fix it? My user is prophecywings

Do you have proof like a emailed receipt, transaction id, etc? If you do try putting it in [hide-] [/hide] Without the "-".

 

Maybe wait for a week? Because I offered someone to upgrade my friend to donor10 then after we made the deal, he got the rank after a week.

 

Buycraft has been playing up lately. If I were you, wait a few more days and it might arrive.

Anyways, so you got the rank, but which perks did you not receive? The only real perks you get are /jump access to warp donor, and /kit donor10. I believe that is pretty much all of them; the rest listed on the shop are quite outdated.
