introduction: Hi everyone Im glad to see that you have had the time to read my moderator application many thanks !I would like to start of with saying thank you to all my friends for supporting me to make this application some of you might not know but this Is really a big thing for me and I really do respect the choice I have made, to be a mod, I hope you do to. Out side of Minecraft I am known to be a shy quite sort of person but on skyblock with this great community I really feel like I can escape and let all the awesomeness and feeling out. I speak fluent English and partly, the higher end basics of Spanish. I am currently learning Japanese Have you ever been Banned? If yes, why? Yes, unfortunately I have been banned but for very minor reason including a very common flying glitch that unfortunately happens frequently when I am building because of a bit of lag. and secondly when I was trying to get a moderators attention to get help with a person who just scammed me and 5 other players. Why do you believe you should become a Moderator? I love Minecraft and I love this amazing server, I am so grateful that I have been given the opportunity to play with this great community but I really would like to be a part of the staff because I love helping people and making them enjoy this servers skyblock experience, I noticed that the first mods that I met were helpful and supported me and really help me out which is why I love playing so much on this server, I fully want to help others and give them the same experience of what I had, and because I spend so much time on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays on this server, I really think that I could be a great mod. As most people who apply for mod, I have great intentions and I would enjoy going around helping other players, who have possibly just start . Also, I want to influence others to come on to the server often because I know that most players really enjoy their time, I could definitely contribute to the server being as active as possible and definitely will help out any player with questions, as I have allot of former knowledge that I would be happy to share with everyone who needs answers. The last thing I want to say is that I really want to influence this server to be the best it can be, and already enjoy all of my time on it, but being a moderator would really mean allot to me and, I would take a roll seriously tying to improve the server and also to help everyone enjoy themselves. Leadership I would really love to be a leader, because I really do think I have the skills to support many players, I wouldn't however call myself a controlling ruler and I dont take it upon my self to brag about a position or rank that I would have received. I will however keep everyone in line and if there happens to be controversy I will step in to have a say and hopefully make a conclusion while being the bigger person and making right choices. Approachability / "People Skills" I know that I can easily start a conversation with a anyone in need of help or just having a good chat, and I am sure that most are well aware that communication is key, to a great relationship with the servers community and being able to respond in the right way to all questions. I have always been good at talking to people an I often approach them in A: a bold kind friendly way B: a casual and calm approachable way Maturity Maturity is obviously what staff look for to select a moderator and I know that I do usually express myself in a loud happy kind of a way but this has little to no affect on my maturity. you should also know that I have a great sense of humour a bit childish but I can happily say that I do not swear of because and I don't think will ever need to when I am on this server. I am mentally mature or my age as I usually get A's and B's in most classes . I don't think there are any need for rude inappropriate jokes but sometimes I do have a good laugh with friends. taking sides in an argument: As most will see I will usually look from the point of view of the victim but I do find both sides of the story from each party, I always double check to make sure I know whats happening before I can lay down any conclusions or punishments I think it is quite strait forward in choosing a side but usually if in need of help I will consult a mod How long can you be active on the server each day? I have already said that I am guaranteed to come on these days: Monday - one hour Tuesday - 3 hours Wednesday - 5 hours Thursday - 5 hours Friday - 10 hours Saturday - 10 hours Sunday - 10 hours PLEASE NOTE!! I AM ONLY 14 and I do try to be on the server as much as possible but school work does take up alot of my time I hope you can understand Do you have any past experience as a Moderator: I have never moderated a server before, but I have been given as a helper on a small and little popular server but please don't overlook the fact of no experience as an obstacle or reason not to let me apply as I have read through the servers rules fully and most commands a swell just because this is my first time to actually try and enrol for mod doesn't mean I wont be of great help because of inexperience helpfullness: On the subject of helpfulness I can say that not that many people have come to me for help but the players that did were beginners and needed help building a successful island or just wanted some wood stone and resources to start them of. but in the future if anyone needs help it wouldn't matter what they needed help for i would obviously judge the situation because if the asked for grass I would give them examples of how they could make grass. if anyone came with a question about a command I would answer them correctly and if anyone wanted help in building something, suppose is I have the time to do so I would build free for them.but really if anyone needs help I will be sure to do so immediately. my only flaws: I think that one of my flaws is definitely the time that I can spend on the server but I always try my best to be on as long as possible but please do consider I do have school on most week days and most time I spend is after school. how i can fix the flaws: I think that I could fix or at least improve my flaws when I am on school holidays where I will have much more time. other than that I think I could brain storm some alternative solutions to the problem. Unbiased I often am extremely unbiased in most situations but really it is quite strait forward in any bullying situation who to side with first, but i always make sure I get both sides of the story when a problem has occurred. I do believe both parties should have a chance to redeem themselves and if I need further evidence I feel as if I would need correct findings so I may ask them to take screen shots of chat or the player/player's they are reporting to of abused them. but as I have said I dont look from just the point of view of the supposed victim but I do find both sides of the story from each party, I always double check to make sure I know whats happening before I can lay down any conclusions or punishments I think it is quite strait forward in choosing a side but usually if in need of help I will consult a mod responsive I usually respond to ANYTHING, in both main chat and PM but I shall not reply to spam, abuse ect. with aggression and I will report any form of abuse on me or other players responsibilities Most now that being a mod comes with alot of responsibilities and I can fully say that I would never abuse these responsibilities I will respect all power that i could receive and never shall i use my role as a mod to support myself financially through the game. honesty I am always honest with anything but that doesn't mean I will answer all of your question in the sense that they would give away the location of where i love my real name or any family or friends, ect I would not answer those questions, but I am very true to all my statements, I often do se sarcasm but you tell when I am being serious. but really honesty is really important and the truth must meet expectations and i think that my honesty can meet those expectations. Other Information: I just want to add a few more bits and details on my application and minor things to know about me I have been playing on the server for what i could say was kinda a long time but not really I started a few years back but then built a relatively nice island and then was inactive on the server for another 8 months, when i came back on my island was grieved and I had forgotten most commands so i started from scratching built my way back up. I have been playing Minecraft for 3 years and I know mostly everything about Minecraft.
