Chargeback is demanding your money back, and if the person/player you chargeback on doesn't win the chargeback, they're hit with not only you have to pay them the money, but they get a fee for losing the chargeback.
So yeah. Chargeback is to make a server/player lose money.

 

if I get banned for loosing my money I don't care enough about it to pay back for my own money (it double charged me when I got donor25)
