• I think I should be mod because i love to play on this server and i donated 25$

Donating to the server doesn't mean you get higher chances at getting mod
The Moderator rank isn't something you get it is a rank you earn

(I will not change this to even neutral. I don't see a good moderator in you. Builder is also a rank, but its not something a moderator would need for experience.)
