i was ban by ban hammer, please get me unban as soon as posible

Because it was the ban hammer it was probably just the console that banned you because it thought you were flying. Just try to stay away from freshly placed blocks and slabs while the server is lagging, and you shouldn't have any further trouble. Just to make sure though please fill out the format that Blyx posted.
