sorry that i said i would give you 65% but i have heard others opinions and they say you react to things way to much but on what i have on your application you are a good kid
but either you are lying on your application or everyone else is lying about your maturity and respectiveness
and also speaking of maturity i kinda wanted constructive criticism[/IMG] on my mod application not just you say no support without reason and i personally think that is very immature i did however msg and ask if there was anything that i needed to improv on and this was your answer

Archie, I don't want to come across as rude, but you're quite young and naïve in my opinion. I hope you can understand, I also suggest that you edit your application a bit and work on helping out in game and forums a little more.

Archie, I'm going to have to go with No Support. This is because your maturity level is very low. You get offended way too easily and when you do, you get very defensive and rude. You are kind when you want to be but it isn't always that way. Also, I want to see you a little more active on forums. Help out players in-game and such too. Overall, you are a nice person but I don't think you are ready for this position yet.

No support for now, sorry. In addition to this, I have always been a nice guy towards you aiming you in a better direction and moving you from a narrow path. Unfortunately, I have been watching you and your ways of going around being mature is far off from what I expected. Furthermore, instead of going down the correct path, you choose to continue your adventure down the incorrect path therefore not thinking about what you're doing. In my honest opinion, I don't think you want this job, I think you want it for the power, and for people to recognise you because you always look for attention; don't take that the wrong way. Another honest opinion is that you're a nice kid when you want to be, but sometimes, not always, but sometimes you need to think before you do things in future. It's possible, I'm sure you're well capable of making the right decisions for yourself. Lastly, I think you should adapt on your behaviour on the server, in-game and forums and then possibly move onto trying out for Mod, because right now I don't think this is something that is meant for you, yet. Sorry, no support you seem too immature.

 

Adding on to here, you don't really help in-game. Your status on forums is ALWAYS IN CAPS AND USUALLY YOURE UPSET ABOUT SOMETHING. This application doesn't reflect on who you really are. This is what you think you are.
Continue working on maturity and someday I might support you.

You can't know when cyp is promoting more mods. It can be in hours, days, weeks and months. It might be tomorrow. Who knows other than him
