What is wrong??

 

You probably didn't change the thing in the settings on mine chat, so it sent you to spawn.
You can't talk at spawn that's why it says you don't have any permission to chat in that region.
Go in your settings and disabled "Spawn on Connect".

Edited: If you don't need anymore help after this have a moderator lock this thread.
