You're on the server very frequently (from what i've seen) which would be a great aspect as a mod.
From reading what you've written it seems you had some rough patches and have lost some peoples trust. However, i don't believe i was playing at the time all of it happened, but you seem to be very aspired to become a mod again. Since i've had no experience with you as a mod, i am willing to give you my support - although you may still need to convince others.
One thing i would critique is to see you help out a little more in the chat. Other than that, i wish you luck and hope everything is resolved.
