    First I have the ability to sympathise but just remember that these jokes are not specifically designed to insult your actual mother. It is really irrelevant if you do not have one. It is just an attempt at comedy since I was a kid.

    Most people have no idea about a persons family life over the internet. This is the first clue that these jokes are not targeting people, rather creating a scenario that seems funny, improbable or clever.

    These jokes appear all the time and in life you will always find something that offends you. But part of growing up is realising that you have to just brush it away and pick yourself up, and move forward.

    Yes, it is true that no one could know, but now I've put it out there, people know not to put it directly at me. The only reason why I get upset, is because I don't like to rethink what had happened :|

    My mom killed herself when I was 3. I know what it's like. But these jokes are everywhere. It's not really something you can avoid unless you ignore everyone that does it.

    Just a hint to people, you might want to reserve your rude ratings for something that actually is extremely rude, or you'll end up pissing someone off.

    Also @Scorvix I think you're used to the mineverse forums by now. Skyblock finds things much more offensive.

    I would regardless of my post count, tbh. I just see no reason to dislike someone's post which they are agreeing with you. I'm trying to take the side against "your mom" jokes. But you guys aren't letting me. I just wanted to help the server.

    It's pretty true tho. If he made that joke on mineverse it probably wouldn't have gotten the amount of dislikes he got. In fact, he probably would have gotten a few "funny" ratings.
