But can you moderate with basic greetings and phrases? If a player is shouting mi hierba se ha ido would it help for you to say encantada de conocerte? If you're not conversant in the language you may not want to list it as a qualification, sir. Rephrase slightly to something like "I am picking up conversational Spanish in order to communicate better with players".

Or just ignore me. You'll see a lot of garbage on this review, entirely up to you what to listen to and what to ignore.

I am bookmarking this application. Your very first qualification pretty much nails the entire subject; I'll be pointing this out to anyone in the future that wants to know the best quality to be accepted as a Moderator.

Rewrite that last sentence slightly. Pointing people in the right direction isn't leadership. Rephrase to something like "I uphold this quality by providing a good example and showing others how to achieve it."

The word is "approachable", sir. As in "Being approachable is a huge part..." You threw me off a bit there.

This section is already extremely well done. The only suggestion I can make is to list an example of a "task of great importance".

I feel like I am reading from AFI 36-2618. This is giving me pretty intense levels of déjà vu from pretty much every professional development course I've been through over the last ten years. You've hit on leadership, open door policy and now managerial organization. If you mention something about "mentoring" below here I'm going to ask if you are considering military service soon.

Outstanding section, I cannot list anything to add. You are in classic "topic: supporting statement: example" format and doing it amazingly well.

Not really a needed section, but can't hurt your application sir. At this point I am basically rubber-stamping your post as "supported". Talking about how mature you are sounds a bit odd when the rest of the post is a poster child for the Direct Appeal style of application writing.

This is commonly called "Character", or sometimes just plain "Maturity". You're saying the same trait twice, sir-- this is the first significant change I have run across. Find another quality to replace this portion or reword this to explain a different concept.

You are describing "impartiality". Moderators are impartial when listening to arguments or weighing the benefits of a situation. You will be unbiased about applying punishments according to guidelines.

Impartial is about listening.
Bias is about acting.

In most cases absolutely no-one will spot or notice the difference. You do not need to change this portion. However in an application this good I would really like to offer anything I can.

Please list when you will be online, sir. It is very nice to see you're available for 3 hours: Are you volunteering for the midnight to 3am shift? It is hard to hire you without knowing if you'll be available in the morning, afternoon or evening.

You are a Peer Support counselor and captain of a sports team: These positions involve extensive skills in "moderating" and getting groups of people to work together. I was expecting you to highlight your managerial skills in this section; please rewrite this qualification to point out you are a real life Moderator with experience in keeping others in line and applying rules.

Extremely little to improve on and the margin for humor is smaller than Donald Trump's hands. Excellent writing.
