I published an article that revealed the previous possible exploits that I have been using with my team to gain a lot of money. With me being honest I finally got banned, what I really deserved.

Why do you think you should be unbanned?
I have no good reason for being unbanned. I just have the desire to come back and play on standard rules because now I cannot cheat anymore. I think I helped uncovering all exploits with my Leaks document and there was a reset last year. We are all at the same level again, even other people got pardoned after the reset. At the end it is the decision of mods if they can handle me. I grew older, am Adult now.

 

Since Bot resigned I am tagging super moderators who can possibly take over this appeal

First and foremost, Id like you to go over the rules before we begin anything. Since you've been gone a while, I'm sure a little refresh on the rules would be the best way to start this off. Rule 1:
Do not destroy other people belongings, especially when joining a coop. Do not trust strangers and communicate with your peers. Simply joining other coops with the intention to destroy buildings and steal items is not allowed because it would make people sad and demotivated. They have put a lot of work into their buildings.

Rule 2:
It is not allowed to scam another player. When agreeing on a trade you have to pay the promised item/money and nothing else. On .Org you are not allowed to AFK in another mob spawner area because it means to steal their possibly earned items.

Rule 3:
Do not talk or even mention other servers. It is annoying and the Admins depend on keeping players for business. Posting IP's is equal to being illoyal to the server.

Rule 4:
PVP is deactivated and this is because else this server would end up everyone killing each other for gaining their items. However, if you try to kill them by third hand (Lava, Dispenser) you can be punished and banned.

Rule 5:
There are many young players that are vulnerable to insulting comments. Just don't use bad words, insult no one and do not try to circumvent the bad word filter

Rule 6:
Do not write the same message two times in a row. It is annoying and conceived as spam. Do not use caps unless Spelling (Names) requires you to do so.

Rule 7:
In order to enable everyone to have the same abilities to compete in this game you are only allowed to use the items that were given to you on your island. Island farming is illegal, as it is a low cost method to expand farming areas and quickly gain money.

Rule 8:
Trading of illegal items is not allowed because it is basically island farming third-hand. Even if you did not steal the items by doing island farming you are making profit of it by buying those items. Just don't! Trading of Mod items and Duped things is also illegal because they would destroy the whole economy experience.

Rule 9:
There are things that you are not allowed to own because there is no way they could have been legally created on this server. If you have them, you did something illegal.

Rule 10:
Do not misuse the /nick command by impersonating another player on the server or a famous person. This rule exists because it would be unfair the pretend to be someone else and either use his or her reputation or manipulate his or her reputation.

Rule 11:
Some hack clients are allowed as long as they are not giving you major advances like in PVP games or else. There is a list to look it up if the client is legal.

Rule 12:
Many client side mods like Optifine or else are allowed because they will give you no big advantage in the economy system.

Rule 13:
Do not use offensive skins that are naked or brutal, also do not have insulting names because it could shock other players. Inappropriate skins are allowed as long as you are on your own property and do not have anyone else around you.

Rule 14:
Mods can not ban you for no reason. If they do so, they get demoted. This rule exists in order to prevent moody mods and other decisions like "I don't like you here".

Rule 15:
Common sense is always good. Even if things are not listed in this list they could still be illegal because it is illegal in general by higher laws like EULA or national laws. We are not independent and still normal people that can face legal consequences of our actions

 

I understood every single rule and accept them as it is the only way that the economy and joy can be maintained. Breaking these rules can cause unrest, arguments, less players and less fun. I am equal to any other player and have to obey the word of mods and admin.

If mods are still critical of me I would suggest to have the mods check my base twice a week and logblock every chest so they can make sure there is no criminal activity.

Anyhow, yes, pumpkin farms are still legal and a pretty decent way of making money. Now, back to the situation at hand, thank you for taking the time to go through the rules. You certainly showed that you know them inside and out. After a bit of thought and discussion among other mods, Ive decided that I will lift your ban. I trust that you have learned your lesson and you wont be doing anything like you've done in the past.
However, Id like to make one thing clear before I do unban you. Given your past, you've worn down your chances very, very fast. If its found that you've broken any major rule (for example, griefing, island farming, scamming, duping, illegal trade, etc), you will be permanently banned without chance of appeal. Is that clear?
